These negotiations have been heading in the wrong direction, and this was epitomised when Thompson's posters were removed from the Cleveland stadium and his merchandise was removed from the Cavs store...

Lebron James pitched in on the matter, when he posted a photo of himself with Thompson, saying that he wanted the Cavs to simply 'get it done' and sign Thompson... However his wish hasn't been fulfilled yet, with Thompson refusing to accept the offers Cleveland have been making.
